There are other guests on the property coming and going which is good for security.I have three daughters, only one lives at home, 3 dogs and a cat live in the main house. I am home all day, so available to any questions or a chat or a walk with the Smart Tarts on a Wednesday morning.

The studio has its own entrance for someone that wants more privacy and flexible to come and go as you like, it is open plan with full self catering facilities, King size bed, dinning table, lounge area all in one, private outside area with barbecue, use of main garden with pool and play area for kids, parking inside. Fine and casual restaurants are plentiful, hospital 1 min, gym 1 min, Constantia Village shopping Mall 1 min, 10 min to UCT, 10 min to Kirstenbocsh Botanical Gardens.

Constantia has some of the oldest wine farms in the province and is green a lovely with many mountain, horse and bike trails. Close to both the Atlantic and Indian Ocean, Muizenberg 10 min in one direction and Hout Bay 10 min in another. Constantia is an up market area which is about 13 km out of Cape Town downtown.
